By creating an account or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

⚠️ Pulse is NOT a medical service. Nothing within Pulse constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

1. The Service

Pulse is a personal wellness companion operated by Trilogy Health & Nutrition Practice, available at healwithpulse.com. It provides AI-generated wellness assessments, nutritional guidance, lab value interpretation, daily tracking, and a wellness chatbot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pulse. By using the service you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
You may not share your account with others

4. Subscription & Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You may cancel at any time from within the app
Refund requests within 7 days of a charge are considered case by case

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use Pulse to provide medical advice to others
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Pulse platform
Upload harmful or false content
Use automated tools to access the service
Use Pulse for commercial purposes without written consent

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

All recommendations, plans, lab interpretations, and chatbot responses are for informational and educational purposes ONLY. They are NOT medical advice and do not create a practitioner-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

By using Pulse you acknowledge you are responsible for your own health decisions and release Trilogy Health & Nutrition Practice from liability for health outcomes arising from your use of Pulse.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pulse platform is the intellectual property of Trilogy Health & Nutrition Practice. Wellness plans generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilogy Health & Nutrition Practice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including health outcomes, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us — your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
